Forging a digital-first culture in the world's biggest newsroom

We created tools for the BBC news team that changed their ways of working. We ran a live prototype bringing together news teams across the BBC, including, editorial, radio, talent and live video production. This allowed them to collaborate and their combined efforts were visible in one place.

There was a mission - let's do digital first - and this process and tooling made it easy for people who haven't touched digital before to get involved.
